I-DAYS EARLY ENTRY
Be among the first to enter and get the chance to claim the perfect spot right in front of the stage.
With early and dedicated access, you can enjoy a stress-free wait and secure a prime position from the very first moments.
An experience designed for those who want to be as close as possible to the energy of the show, with a couple of drinks to kick off the night.
We know it may have been a little while since you booked your VIP package, so here’s a quick reminder of everything that’s included:
• One (1) standing GOLD CIRCLE ticket*
• Early entry (15 minutes before general doors open)**
• Dedicated entrance
• 2 free drinks
*There is no additional separate area within the Gold Circle reserved exclusively for Early Entry package holders.
**Early entry gives you the opportunity to access the venue before the official door opening time, allowing you to get closer to the stage. Door opening times are subject to change and entry may also take place in the morning.
*** The wristband for GOLD CIRCLE access and the included free drinks must be collected at check-in before entering the venue, following the instructions you will receive via email a few days before the event.

Once the Early Entry period has ended, general admission doors will open, and it will no longer be possible to skip the queue or benefit from any form of priority access.
Your show tickets may indicate different gates, entrances, or times. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure that all elements of your VIP Package are fulfilled.
- Proof of Identification (driving licence, passport)
We require a valid ID document in the name of the person who made the booking. ID documents with the same surname or a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID will also be accepted. If the package was a gift or the tickets were transferred by a friend, please bring a copy of the original purchaser’s ID to check-in.
- Your Ticket
Please make sure to bring your ticket(s) with you on the day of the show. If you have not received your ticket(s) 72 hours before the show, please contact your point of purchase. If you are unsure of the ticket delivery method you selected at the time of purchase, please check your order details before setting off for the show.
Anyone without the above-mentioned items will not be admitted.

If you arrive late and miss Early Entry, you will still be able to collect the contents of your package at the VIP CHECK-IN by 8:30 PM at the latest.
The package contents cannot be shipped to you after the event.

Due to the nature of the event and the resulting waiting time between check-in and entry into the venue, please make sure to stay hydrated. Remember to prepare for the weather conditions (sunscreen, rainwear, layers, hat)!
Tour, venue and management representatives reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

I-DAYS SUPER PIT
Watch the show from the most intense spot in the venue.
Step into the Super Pit, a reserved area right in front of the stage, and experience the concert at full volume and full energy. Enjoy open bar service, dedicated facilities and a merchandise voucher to take home an official keepsake.
Built for fans who want to be as close as possible to the music, with nothing holding them back.
We know it may have been a little while since you booked your VIP package, so here’s a quick reminder of everything that’s included:
- One (1) standing GOLD CIRCLE ticket with access to the “SUPER PIT” (reserved area near the stage)*
- One (1) voucher of € 30,00 to be used at the official I-Days merchandising points**
- Open bar (available from 6:00 PM)*
- Toilets reserved only for the purchasers of this pack
- Reserved entrance
*Service provided by fixed spreaders
** The wristband to access the services and the included gifts must be collected before the show by following the instructions you will receive via e-mail a few days before the event.
