SAFETY AND CONDUCT RULES
The public is informed that, for safety reasons, security checks will be carried out in areas surrounding the concert venue as well as at the entrance to the event area.
In addition, pre-screening checks will be conducted near the concert arena: only ticket holders will be allowed access to the areas surrounding the arena (except for residents and specific cases), in order to ensure maximum safety.
VENUE REGULATIONS
WE KINDLY INFORM THE PUBLIC THAT:
1.1 Access to the Venue implies acceptance of and compliance with these regulations;
1.2 Entry is permitted only to holders of a valid admission ticket;
1.3 Admission tickets must be kept until the end of the event and until exiting the Venue; they must be shown at any time upon request by security personnel. Tickets become invalid once a person exits the Venue gates;
1.4 Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles no larger than 0.5 liters are permitted, provided they are without caps. Drinks sold at internal bars will be served in disposable cups, and bottles will be sold without caps;
1.5 For safety purposes and to protect the Venue, a video surveillance system is active both inside and outside the Venue. Recorded images, if necessary, may be made available to Judicial Authorities and Law Enforcement Authorities. The surveillance systems comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments;
1.6 For the protection of public safety, security checks will be carried out at the Venue entrance by staff and law enforcement personnel, including the use of metal detectors.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT:
2.1 Standing or sitting on stairways, access and exit routes, and any other passage designated as an emergency exit;
2.2 Damaging or tampering in any way with the Venue’s structures, infrastructure, or services;
2.3 Climbing on railings, barriers, partitions, or other structures not intended for public presence or use;
2.4 Conducting any type of commercial activity without prior written authorization from Venue Management;
2.5 Engaging in behavior likely to create dangerous situations, jeopardize the safety of any person, or violate public order, thereby disturbing the orderly conduct of the Event or preventing others from enjoying it peacefully;
2.6 Entering or remaining on the premises while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
2.7 Displaying materials that obstruct the view of other spectators, interfere with emergency signage, or obstruct escape routes and exits;
2.8 Engaging in aggressive behavior toward security personnel.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
3.1 Firearms, imitation firearms, or objects resembling weapons; knives and other sharp or pointed objects; ammunition, imitation ammunition, or any object resembling ammunition;
3.2 Explosive or flammable materials, chemical substances, or incendiary devices;
3.3 Fireworks, rockets, and firecrackers;
3.4 Glass bottles, cans, or metal water bottles;
3.5 Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles with a capacity greater than 0.5 liters. Non-alcoholic beverages are limited to one plastic bottle not exceeding 0.5 liters and without a cap;
3.6 Alcoholic beverages not purchased inside the Venue;
3.7 Animals of any kind or size (except trained guide and assistance dogs);
3.8 Illegal substances, including drugs and needles (except where required for valid medical reasons);
3.9 Poles, rods, sticks, umbrellas, large photography equipment (e.g., tripods), selfie sticks, and clubs;
3.10 Drones or remotely operated aerial devices;
3.11 Motorcycles, bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, and hoverboards;
3.12 Electronic transmission equipment, power banks, or laser pointers;
3.13 Suitcases, trolleys, bags, and backpacks larger than 15 liters, or objects too large for security screening;
3.14 Stadium horns, pepper spray, and aerosol sprays (such as mosquito repellents, deodorants, sunscreen sprays, etc.);
3.15 Tents and sleeping bags;
3.16 Musical instruments;
3.17 Audio/video recording equipment, professional and semi-professional cameras, GoPros, notebooks, iPads, and tablets;
3.18 Helmets, chains, and all other objects that could be used as weapons;
3.19 Strollers and infant car seats;
3.20 Chairs, stools, and folding seats.
Failure to comply with these Regulations may result in the immediate termination of the contractual agreement established through the purchase and possession of the admission ticket, as well as the application of any sanctions provided for under current legislation. Law Enforcement Authorities present at the Venue may supplement these regulations where necessary.
